We have been frequently asked if the AGM and Annual Dinner could once again be held in London.  It has been more than 10 years since the last one and we are delighted that the 2019 AGM and Dinner will be held at the

The AGM will be held in the Selkirk Room at the Caledonian Club at 6.00pm.Spouses and partners are warmly invited to relax in the club for the duration of the meeting.  Please note that we have very restricted space and it will be ‘first come first served’ forthe places

The cost of the tickets for the evening are £75 for ORs and guests and £65 for ORs who have left the school in the last 10 years (2009 to 2019). The cost of the ticket includes pre-dinner drinks, 3 course dinner, wine and port.

If you wish to spread the cost a non-refundable deposit of £15 should be paid no later than September 1st , the remainder to be paid by 1st November. This option is not available for payment via MyRepton and you will need to make a bank transfer to the Old Reptonian Society.  Please contact the office on
  We are expecting a high response to this event, so please book as soon as possible, we will operate a first come first served basis.
We will meet in the Morrison Room for pre-dinner drinks room at 6.45pm
Dinner will be in the Johnnie Walker Room at 7.30pm

The dress code for this  year is Black Tie
The dress code for the club is: Other than when using specific function rooms in conjunction with the 9A entrance, gentlemen using the Club are required to wear suits or jackets with ties and ladies are expected to conform to the same standard. Casual dress is permissible only at weekends. Jeans, trainers, t-shirts and shorts are not permitted at any time unless moving to or from bedrooms. If you are unsure of the dress code which will apply to your event please contact your event organiser from the Club prior to the event for further clarification.The Club reserves the right to refuse access to the club should guests not adhere to the dress code.
